The Specific Statement of Work includes:

Description of an integrated system which links on-line registries
as required with appropriate security and protection for legacy
systems;

Description of system functionality including case management;
financial management; and management information;
- Considerations relevant to data base development;

Description of objectives and outcomes of training
for users of the system;

Strategic considerations of infrastructure, integration with
legacy systems, initial release and refresh (update);

Options for phased releases of additional and/enhanced
functionality;

Identification of potential funding contributors including
but not limited to federal and provincial governments.
