Town Hall Meetings
Interested individuals and groups were invited to attend one of 12 town hall meetings. Each meeting included a presentation on the AJI-CWI. Individuals and groups could make formal presentations at the town halls Each town hall included a question and answer period and an "open floor" where anyone interested could provide additional feedback..

The St. Boniface town hall meeting was designated as the French language town hall meeting. This town hall meeting was conducted in French. The remainder were conducted in English.
Interpretation assistance in selected Aboriginal languages was available at all the town hall meetings except for the one in St. Boniface. Interpretation assistance in ASL was also available at some of the town hall meetings.
