Authority Determination Process (ADP)All children and families involved with child and family services for the first time have been guided through a standardized process called the Authority Determination Process or ADP. The ADP directs children and families to the most culturally appropriate Authority but is only applied after ensuring the safety of those involved. The ADP also provides families with an opportunity to select a different Authority to be responsible for service provision. Goal of This Sub-Project:To implement a system and procedure for directing families and clients to the appropriate Authority.
