Office of the Children’s Advocate
The Office of the Children’s Advocate is an independent office of the Province, reporting to the Legislative Assembly. Its mandate is to represent the rights, interests, and viewpoints of children and youth who are receiving, or should be receiving, services under The Child and Family Services Act and The Adoption Act.
Goal of This Sub-Project:
To develop a proposal to ensure that the OCA and the child and family services Authorities establish organizational and policy environments that are complementary, compatible, and supportive.
