Management Information Systems

New management information systems (MIS) are being designed for the restructured child and family services system so that the four Authorities and agencies can communicate and exchange information through linked, computer-based record-keeping systems.

Confidentiality and security issues are a primary concern for the design of this system. To protect sensitive and confidential information, the systems will provide access only to authorized users.
