LegislationThis sub-project involved the development of new legislation for the restructured system. This included the development of regulations necessary under The Child and Family Services Authorities Act, which was enacted to establish the new governance arrangements. You can click on the link below to see a copy of the legislation. The Child and Family Services Authority Act. Work has begun on the development of new legislation to replace The Child and Family Services Act and The Adoption Act. Goal of This Sub-Project:To develop government legislation for the restructuring of the child and family services system under The Child and Family Services Authorities Act.
