Statement of General Scope for All Working Groups

The General Statement of Scope includes:
- Research and analysis of the features and characteristics of
the current child and family service system that will be affected
by re-structuring.
- Preparation and presentation of options for re-designing and
re-structuring the child and family services system.
Documenting and modeling the principal features and characteristics
of the re-structured child and family services, including the impacts
upon costs, human resources, service delivery (case management),
and external agencies, if any.
- Where relevant, presenting strategies and options for managing
organizational and human resource change.
- Preparation of deliverables for the Implementation Committee.
